Feeling tired physically, emotionally? A little overwhelmed sometimes.
Sometimes, do you ever want to have enough time to process a day, an event, the aftermath of a difficult conversation?
How, when you have so much going on though?

When you can, see if you can be awake at your earliest* time, when there is no noise but the sound of the fridge, and your outdoors. Then say your little prayer (that works for you), then just wait. What you seek will come to you.
* Sleep is a very very important part of the human health. Many things are resolved, including some healing, during sleep. So prioritise sleep then wake a little earlier to do this internal work.
